I allow my child to take part in the Teen Safe Driving ROADeo on May 1, 2019. *
I understand that the Teen Safe Driving ROADeo involves traveling to and from the West Whiteland Police Department in Exton, PA. *
I release the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, PennDOT, Region 1 Community Traffic Safety Projects, St. Mary Medical Center and West Whiteland Police Department and their respective officials and employees from any liability on behalf of my child, myself, or our heirs and assigns, waive all claims, and agree not to sue the Department of Transportation, Region 1 Community Traffic Safety Projects, or the WWPD or their officials or employees for any injury to my child, myself, or damage to my property, whether caused by the negligence of the Department of Transportation, Region 1 Community Traffic Safety Projects, WWPD myself, or someone else, while my child is participating in the Region 1 Teen Safe Driving ROADeo. *
