Terms of Service

I. General Terms
  • I have the right to deny any commission. I'm pretty lenient and willing to draw most ideas, but if it strongly goes against my beliefs and promotes something hateful, I will not take on the commission.
  • Please do not harass me during the commission process. I will always try to respond to messages as quick as I can, but I live in a different timezone to most. This may cause a delay in responses if I'm asleep (I also have a life outside of art!). Check ins and wanting updates is perfectly fine, I just ask that you approach me nicely if you want to see the progress of your commission.
  • If your commission has a certain deadline, please let me know. A rush fee may apply depending on when you need it by and how many other commissions I have in my queue.
  • Please specify if the artwork will be used for commercial use. I charge 2x the original price for commercial use commissions.
  • My art style is subject to change, if you want your commission drawn in a certain style (using one of my drawings as an example) you must let me know!
II. Payment
  • All payments are to be made through PayPal.
  • I require a 50% upfront payment. The other 50% is to paid after you have approved the final commission.  After I receive the final payment, I will send you the full resolution version with no watermark.
III. Process
  • You will need to supply clear references of what you want drawn if required.
  • If you want me to design a character for you, an additional fee may apply depending on the complexity.
  • Work in process images will be sent to you as low resolution jpg files.
  • I allow up to 3 free revisions during the sketching process. If you've used up all your free revisions, additional changes will result in a small fee being added to your final payment (5%-10% of base price depending on what you want changed).
  • Complex character designs (e.g. detailed armor/clothing) may result in an additional fee.
  • Simple backgrounds and props are free of charge, but detailed backgrounds require an additional fee. If you're not sure about what qualifies for a simple background, you can check with me.
What I will draw:
  • Almost anything! I want to bring your ideas to life
  • Real people (e.g. yourself, a couple, a celebrity, etc.)
  • Original characters, including D&D characters
  • Fan art of existing characters
  • Furry/feral characters
  • Detailed armor, props and weapons
  • NSFW (please check with me on specifics first, if you're looking for an NSFW commission I will send you a different form to fill out.)
  • Gore (again, please check with me)
  • Commercial illustrations & book covers
What I won't draw:
  • Hate art (homophobic, transphobic, racist, sexist, etc.)
  • NSFW or suggestive content of minors
  • Mecha (not confident enough in drawing it, but I'm willing to give it a go depending on the design)

Are you able to pay through PayPal? PayPal is the only payment method I use for commissions, but I'm open to discussing other methods if this isn't an option for you.

Do you mind me posting this commission publicly? e.g. sharing it on social media or using it in my portfolio. You can choose to keep it private if you prefer.
