Stay Arrangement
The Venue of the conference is Yadis Hotel Djerba (4*)
Booking can be handled by the managing agency with the following details:
- Visit the provided reservation link, and submit your booking request.
- Your request will be processed by our management agency and you will receive a pro forma invoice detailing the amount due and the payment details via email.
- Make payment via bank transfer to the designated bank account.
- Once payment confirmation is received, you will receive your booking vouchers promptly.
The pricing structure is as follows:
- Single room, all-inclusive soft package: €75 per night per person
- Double room, all-inclusive soft package: €60 per night per person
Additionally, we offer a captivating social event package for an extra €100. Here are the details of the event:
Date: April 19 - 14:00: Departure to the city of Tozeur
- 17:00: Arrival and check-in at the hotel
- City tour
- 20:00: Dinner and folkloric evening
Date: April 20 - 08:00: 4x4 off-road tour in the desert
- Visit to Star Wars filming locations, historical sites, and desert dwellings.
- 12:00: Lunch and continued tour
- 14:00: Departure to Djerba
The cost of the social event covers transportation, hotel accommodation, and beverages during the tour.
