No matter what the next few days or weeks look like, we are here for one another! This time last year we were talking about the value of FAMILY and now, a year later, we get to put this into practice in a whole new way like never before. We want to make sure that LifeSpring members that are self-isolating, are over 65, one adult households and/or have underlying health issues are being looked after.

Here are some of the ways YOU can help and bless our community during this time of uncertainty.

- Pick up shopping
- Urgent supplies
- Praying
- Sending out encouragements
- Collecting medicine from pharmacy
- Posting mail


Once you have submitted this form, we will contact you if/when we need your assistance in reaching our community during this time. We will not be expecting you to cover any or all of the costs of food and supplies, we are asking people to do that themselves and pay you in cash or via bank transfer. However, we are aware that not everyone will not be able to afford this service and we do not want to turn away any church member. So if you are able to provide any of the costs, please specify below.
