Teen & Adult Program | Women in STEM
*Reservations Required*

In honor of Women’s History Month in March, teens and adults are invited to join us for a live virtual program with the National Women’s History Museum at the Holdrege Area Public Library in the Main Library.  This program called Women in STEM features stories from Civil War doctors to scientists.  The theme is all about how women forged new paths in different scientific fields.  Attendees will also learn about the barriers that they faced and how they defied them.  A few of the key women that will be discussed are Mary Edwards Walker, Bessie Coleman, and Sally Ride.  Enjoy a small treat from women-owned companies as well!

*Reservations Required* Please call the library or register by using this form.
