Teacher Evaluations: ALL prospective cheerleaders must get a completed Teacher Evaluation Form from ALL current teachers and/or coaches. Please provide your teacher with the link to complete the form. This must be completed in order to try out.

The teams you are selected for are a time commitment and attendance to ALL practice and games are mandatory (including games/practices in preparation for play-offs).
Grades will be monitored on a weekly basis and if I drop to a level of academic ineligibility, consequences may include removal from practice and/or games until I am back in good standing.
Transportation to and from all cheer events (practices, games, performances, etc) will be made in advance to arrive and be picked up on time.
Once making a team, you are expected to finish the season in it's entirety. Teams are selected based on tryouts and you may be taking the spot of someone who is not chosen. Please be sure you understand the commitment expectations of our program.
