The purpose of this form is to provide students, families and McCornack community members with the opportunity to ask questions about the 20-21 school year.  While we will not promise, to have all of the answers/solutions you might need right now, we are committed to seeking them out and sharing what I learn in a timely manner.  If you provide your name and a phone number, we can connect with you directly.  Otherwise, information will be published and shared in the weekly Family Week at a Glance.
