CEE 246 Team Application Winter 2023
Welcome to CEE 246: Venture Creation for the Real Economy!  We are looking forward to consolidating a stellar cohort for this class.  We hope you found the two mixers helpful to learn more about the course and to meet potential team members!

This course offers an extremely rich set of resources to every accepted team, with weekly check-ins, one-to-one mentorship, and three pitches to a panel of VCs and other industry experts. As such, we can only offer a limited number of spots to highly motivated teams. Please don't fill out this application unless you intend to enroll in the course.

One application is to be submitted per team of 4 enrolled students (unless special permission is given). If you have a team but are still recruiting team members, feel free to submit this application and come back to revise it as you bring your remaining team members on board. The application will not be reviewed until the team is complete. For the highest chance of admission please submit your application early.

If you are still looking for teammates, make sure to check out the ORCA Network and the Stanford Team Formation Hub (you can find the links on the CEE 246 course website: https://cee.stanford.edu/venture-creation).

Please contact Santiago Ossa with any questions (sossa@stanford.edu).

Team Member Information
Unless special permission is received from the teaching team, each team is required to have a venture idea and 4 enrolled students. Teams are welcome to receive the help of external co-founders, employees, or advisors, but they do not count toward the 4-person quota.

In each team, please designate a Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Teams with fewer than 4 members may assign multiple roles to each member. These roles are intended for class purposes only and help demonstrate to the judges each member's core area of focus.
