Waiver and release of all claims: Please read this carefully and be aware that registering your minor child for participation in Bronco Select Baseball or Fastpitch programs. You will be waiving and releasing all claims for injuries you or your child might sustain arising out of participation.

I agree to waive and relinquish all claims my Child or I may have as a result of participating in the program against Bronco Select Inc. and other agencies, it's officers, coaches, organizers, sponsors or other participants.

I do hereby fully release and discharge the Bronco Select Baseball and Fastpitch program and it's officers, coaches, organizers, sponsors, participants and volunteers from any and all claims resulting from injuries including death, damages, and losses sustained by me or my child arising out of, connected with or in any way associates with activities of any of the travel baseball and fastpitch programs, including transportation of my child to and from all activities.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless and defend the Bronco Select Baseball program and it's officers, coaches, organizers, sponsors, participants and volunteers from any and all claims resulting from injuries including death, damages, and losses sustained by me or by my child arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with the activities of any of the program.
