Science Fair Scholarship Application
Students are able to apply for a scholarship from the Lombard PTA Council that can be awarded toward a science program, class or science camp.  Scholarship amount awarded will not exceed $100.  A Teacher Recommendation is required. Scholarships will be awarded to applicants by June 17, 2022.  Application deadline: Saturday, April 30, 2022 at midnight.

Scholarship Rules and Requirements
*  Completion of all the Science Fair requirements
*  Completion of the scholarship application
*  Students entering the Science Fair with partners should apply individually for a scholarship.  They are not awarded to partners or a group.
*  Scholarship winners will be determined by the PTA Council Scholarship Committee and notified in late May.
*  Scholarship money can be applied to a science class, program or camp (see organization examples below).
*  Value of each scholarship cannot exceed $100 and will be paid as a partial tuition reimbursement for the program the student chooses to attend.
*  Copy of the receipt of payment for the program, class or camp must be submitted to the PTA Council Scholarship Committee by June 15, 2022 in order to receive the scholarship funds.
*  All scholarship funds will be issued to recipients by June 17, 2022.
