Cedarbrook Wrestling Interest Form
This form must be completed for any student who would like to try-out for the wrestling team at Cedarbrook Middle School for the 2022-2023 season. The information entered into this form will be provided to the Cedarbrook co-athletic directors and coaches. Wrestling tryouts are scheduled for November 30, December 1, and December 2.

Please take note that a completed PIAA Sports Physical must be turned in to the Cedarbrook co-Athletic Directors before any student may try-out for any team. Blank copies of the forms are available for download on the Cedarbrook Athletics website. Students who turned in a PIAA Physical for fall sports do not need to resubmit the physical.
