Wildflowers Armory Vendor Application
READ ALL INTRO BEFORE APPLYING.  BY FILLING OUT THIS APP IT DOES NOT GUARANTEE A VENDOR SPOT.

Are you a local artist/crafts-folk or homegrown merchant vendor that makes HANDMADE unique gifts, limited edition artworks, and/or art objects or local products?

WE ARE TOO! And we've got a prime location that is changing the dynamic of downtown located in the historic McCarthy Building in the heART of Syracuse!

Are you interested in setting up your work in our house of handmade that sells local/regional handmade goods from artisans around NY state -- One that has direct access to all sorts of visitors and our multi-use multi-level marketplace, gallery and venue space - the Indie Underground Shopping experience known as the McCarthy Mercantile?!
 
For a small fee you can become a vendor at Wildflowers Armory - A celebration of all things HANDMADE - If interested, please fill out the form below to be considered.  This is a fully juried shop and there are requirements that must be met in order to join our collective for a rotation - No need to be nervous about locking in a long term agreement - we rotate new products and art into the shop consistently every 3 months! It's an eclectic mix of of old and new vendors, so theres lots of opportunities to learn and grow with us!  We host pop-ups and special events often as well so if you feel as though you can't fully commit there are still plenty of ways to sell with us!

Rent equal space at shop is $100/month per vendor - 20% of sales goes to house, and approximately 3 vendor shifts a month (4 hours each) to help run the store.  By filling out this app you are applying and there is no guarantee of acceptance per our structure or limit max of vendors for each rotation. You are however understanding of what is required of you in order to join our ranks (recap)

• All items are original and handmade by you!
• The Vendor or Artist applying is from NY state!
• Artisan Vendor is capable of volunteering hours to work the shop each month!
• Vendor can pay full rental fee upfront ** no month-to-month payments allowed.
• Vendor accepts 20% of sales commission to house.
• Rent is $100/month (3 month rotation)  $300 total paid upfront before moving in.
• Vendor will go through short training on-site for SQUARE pos system
• Vendor will promote all the work in the shop positively and spread the good word of our house of handmade!
• Vendor will sign w-9 and contract.
 

If selected, all rent must be paid in advance. ($100 a month for 3 month rotation AUG-SEPT-OCT 2021)

THANK YOU! By sending this app you are certifying that you are serious about expanding your growth in the local art scene and being a part of the Wildflowers Armory Fam!  You will hear from the Artisan Board of Directors on your acceptance within one week from your application.  Be prepared to fill out paperwork, sign contract, pay rent digitally, tag your work with assigned vendor number, move in meet other vendors, make collaborations,  have your brand lifted and sell tons of stuff at our handmade marketplace!!!
