GO STEM Scheduling Questionnaire 

Thank you for your interest in a GO STEM Mobile Maker Lab program. We are happy to assist you in scheduling a visit. To help us streamline our scheduling process, we have created this form for you to fill out prior to further discussions with our team.

Things to consider when planning your schedule: 
1) The Mobile Maker Lab Trailer does not accompany all of our labs. Depending on the lab choice the trailer will be present.
2) The Mobile Maker Lab Trailer is a 48 foot long trailer, plus a van. Ample, flat parking is needed with access to and from the rest of the programming. 
3) All Labs can be taught outside with or without the trailer as well as inside a classroom.
4) Labs without the trailer present can be taught in a classroom, gym, pavilion or under a canopy. 
5) A teacher, aide or counselor is required to be with the students at all times. 
6) Labs need to have a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 90 minutes for completion.
7) Mobile Maker Lab staff are prepared to teach no more than 30 kids at one time.
