Registration of New Students - Grades 1-12 - School Year 2021-2022

Registration for new students in grades 1-12 is now open. Complete this form and submit it to begin the pre-registration process. Upon completing this form, you will be directed to Parent Portal. Please make sure you have scanned enrollment documents for your child such as birth certificates, immunization records, transcripts etc.

Your child's enrollment will not be complete until all forms and documents have been received by the district.
