AGWCS Science and Culture Fair – Activity Booth Sign-Up Form

Thank you for your interest in participating in the AGWCS Science and Culture Fair, hosted by Austin Great Wall Chinese School! We are excited to welcome student-led teams to join us in sharing fun, educational, and interactive activities with our community.

Date: Sunday, May 4th
Time: 2:00 – 5:00 PM
Location: Cafeteria, 601 E. St Johns Ave, Austin, TX

Tables and chairs will be provided.

We are expecting approximately 100–200 kids to attend the event.

We welcome all kinds of engaging booth ideas related to science, culture, or hands-on learning. Please complete the form below to tell us more about your team and booth plans. Once we receive your submission, we’ll be in touch to confirm details and provide any needed support.
