Please use this form to nominate any active Shallowford member(s) to serve in the incoming class of the Elders and Representative Nominating Committee. Nominations close on Sunday March 3 at 11:59pm.

Elders are called to the ministry of governance and serve on the Session. As stated by our denomination's Book of Order, elders must be 'of wisdom and maturity of faith, having demonstrated skills in leadership and being compassionate in spirit."

The Representative Nominating Committee (RNC), at the direction of the Session, presents a slate of nominees to serve as elders on the Session; a slate of nominees to serve on the RNC; and as needed, a slate of members of a Pastor Nominating Committee, Associate Pastor Nominating Committee, or Interim Pastor Nominating Committee.

New elders and nominating committee members will be elected by the congregation at a meeting after 11:00am worship on April 14.
