The District is moving from a weekly lab testing program to a weekly over-the-counter (OTC) testing program. The District will supply the OTC test kit each week to registered staff members. Tests must be self-administered on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday of each week. Submission of a weekly online attestation form is required no later than Friday at 1:00 PM in order to receive an OTC test kit the following week. Staff members only have to register once and will remain in the program so long as an attestation form is completed on a weekly basis. Failure to complete a weekly attestation form will remove the staff member from the program. Staff members may register again and can rejoin the program at the beginning of the following month.
This program will begin the week of September 12, 2022.
Staff members must register by September 6th in order to participate in this program on September 12, 2022. Staff members that register after September 6th may begin the program at the beginning of the following month.
