Terms and Conditions:
• All personal information provided to Computerwisekids Inc. will be kept strictly confidential. It is your responsibility to inform Computerwisekids Inc. immediately, in writing, of any changes to the information provided in the Junior Camp counselor agreement such as emergency contact numbers and/or insurance coverage. Incorrect information at the time of an emergency could result in serious consequences.
• COMPUTERWISEKIDS INC. reserves the right to request the withdrawal of any student volunteer at any time.
• I give consent to COMPUTERWISEKIDS INC. to use pictures/videos of my student volunteer for advertising and/or promotional activities as well as on the school and classroom websites.
• I agree to direct my student volunteer to cooperate with the directions and instructions of staff members and volunteers in charge of all camp activities.
