有健康焦慮的人經常認為自己患有或會患上嚴重疾病. 例如 Covid-19、癌症、愛滋病。 因此,生活感到非常苦惱並有許多限制。本次研討會將討論:

1. 了解健康焦慮的惡性循環
2. 管理侵入性思維
3. 應對在生活中的迴避和安全行為 (如: 不住看不同的醫生,  反覆查看健康信息)

Health anxiety refers to the preoccupation with having or developing a serious illness—whether that's COVID-19, cancer, HIV, or something else. This seminar will cover:
 
1. Understanding the vicious cycle of health anxiety
2. Managing intrusive thoughts
3. Tackling avoidance and safety behaviours (e.g. seeking assurance from many doctors, checking the health information obsessively)
