 Straddle invert under the bar, Tuck under to knee hang top bar and tuck back to sitting, Full dead hang from top bar and pull up to sitting (no tempo) 3 skills from sitting. All audition videos should be filmed with safe rigging and a crash pad of at least 6 in / 15 cm. Please copy and paste the link to your video below. This can be through Youtube, Vimeo, dropbox, etc.....
