If you have not been currently participating in a Skate Canada club, there is a mandatory SC/Club Admin Fee of $60.

Refund Policy: Absolutely no refunds after 50% of the session is complete. The only exception will be for medical reasons (to be verified by a written document provided by a licensed medical doctor). Prior to this date, refund amounts will be prorated for all refunds granted. The $60 Skate Canada/Club Admin fee is non-refundable.

The city has the right to cancel our ice time due to tournaments or special events. In the event that the city cancels a session, it will be made up but sometimes unavoidably it cannot be done at the regular time or day for that session.
