Registration for MTC 40th Reunion is open to any MTC camper or staff alumni (in good standing) who are 21+ by Aug 24/2024.  

We reserve the right to refuse any registration with full refund upon registration completion or prior to the reunion date.

Fees - $250 per attendee for the entire reunion weekend OR $350 per attendee and you'll receive a special perk from MTC (ring the bell, first in line for dinner, special toilet paper in your cabin, etc.).

Family max fee is $700
Family members 12 and under $50 per person
*Added $50 per person fee for additional overnight lodging (only) from Sunday into Monday morning - 10am departure (see below).

Special Auction - As a fundraiser, we are having an online auction for those of you who would like to stay the entire weekend in the coveted ROOST at camp (private accom. with queen bed/bath, towels, and stocked fridge).  To enter the auction, simply checkmark the space provided below.  MINIMUM BID is $350.00.  If unsuccessful in the auction win, bidders will pay $350.00 for attendance.

Please note: We at MTC do not want cost to be a barrier to attendance for anyone eligible to attend the reunion.  Please contact us. We mean it!

Accommodations - What are your accommodations for the Reunion Weekend! *
Will you need linens for your stay? These are basic camp sleeping bags and pillow. We do encourage you to bring your own, if at all possible. *

Shuttle - Transportation to and from Portland (PWM and PTC) - There is a flat, one-time fee of $30 pp to use the shuttle service one way or round trip.  *

Weekend dining will vary from local food trucks to catering company meals, which will be served buffet style. Please indicate any dietary requirements below.

Cancellation
Cancellation policy:  50% of fees paid refundable prior to May 1, 2024.  No refunds after May 1, 2024. Any portion of non-refundable fees go to Legends Campership Fund in the event of cancellation.
Payments
Please note that fees are due upon registration. Please include the cost of transport shuttle service into your final calculations, if applicable. There are no discounts for early or late arrivals to the reunion weekend.
