Effects of anatomy and certain lifestyle factors on climbing performance

No matter wether you are a beginner or a pro, you could help to achive my learning goals with filling out this form. The aim of my research is to get a picture about how anatomy and/or lifestyle affects ones climbing performance. Ther will be three sections of questions, but you would only need about 10 minutes to fill it.
