Refund Policy:

Cancellation and Refund Requests:

Requests for cancellation and refunds must be submitted in writing via email to the program coordinator.
1. Refund requests received more than 60 days before the program start date will be eligible for a full refund minus a $200 administrative fee.
2. Refund requests received between 30 and 60 days before the program start date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total program cost.
3. Refund requests received less than 30 days before the program start date will not be eligible for a refund.

Unused Services:

No refunds will be issued for any portion of the program not utilized by the participant.This includes but is not limited to missed flights, unused accommodations, and any other unused services or activities included in the program.

Non-Refundable Fees:

Certain fees associated with the program, such as visa processing fees, airline ticketing fees, and administrative fees, are non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date.

Program Changes and Cancellations:

In the event that the program is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment, participants will be offered the option to transfer their enrollment to a future program or receive a full refund of all fees paid.

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving a written refund request, using the same payment method used for the original transaction whenever possible.

By submitting an application for the Two-week Clinical & Cultural Exchange Program, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.
