• IHSPA will email adviser for sandwich order totals.

IMPORTANT: This is the only food option near Franklin College. Convention attendees are NOT permitted in the college student dining area.

Student Lunch Time Preference
• IHSPA will try to accommodate every school's selection so long as it doesn't create overcrowding within the lunch area (Branigin Room). 

• Convention sessions will repeat during student lunch times so attendees do not miss programming while eating.

REGISTRATION SUBMISSION
• Changes to registration totals cannot be made after Jan. 17.
Session 1 Attendance *
• Will your students attend a session during the first block of breakouts (8:45 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.)? Your answer will help determine the number of courses scheduled during that time.
Session 4 Attendance *
• Will your students attend a session during the final block of breakouts (1:45 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.)? Your answer will help determine the number of courses scheduled during that time.
Comments
• Please let us know of any special circumstances, accommodations, etc. that would make your event experience the best it can possibly be!
Registration Agreement
• Please keep in mind that convention attendees are representing their schools and the state association, and they should behave accordingly. Participants and their schools will be held accountable for damaged property. 

• Remember, advisers must arrange transportation for their own students. IHSPA cannot provide transportation. 

• Drinking or possessing alcoholic beverages or the possession/use of illegal drugs is prohibited and will result in immediate dismissal from the Franklin College campus. 

• Refunds CANNOT be given after Jan. 13, regardless of reason for cancelation.

• BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM, I AGREE TO PAY THE APPLICABLE FEES AND ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY SCHOOL'S REPRESENTATIVES WHILE ON CAMPUS FRIDAY, JAN. 26.
