This form is for local community groups, sporting clubs and NFP organisations/service providers who would like to participate in the 2021 Aveley Community Festival.

Allocated sites are 3m by 3m and are free of charge for the above groups but all stallholders are required to provide and set up their own 3m by 3m marquee, table, chairs, and any other furniture/ equipment that they may require.

Stallholders are strongly encouraged to make their stall as attractive and interactive possible. If you would like some ideas or suggestions for how to make your stall more engaging then please contact the Collective.
