Liability Waiver Under Colorado law, an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a Participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to section 13-21-119, CRS. I (we) release Parker Trail Riders, its officers, directors, members, and agents for any and all liability which may arise as a result of injury/illness to my (our) person or property that may be sustained in connection with the club's activities. I also acknowledge that I have read and agree to abide by all rules, regulations and bylaws as written in the PTR Rule Books.

Participant understands that the Participant is responsible for bodily injury, property damage, medical expenses, loss of wage, loss of school or other activities which the Participant should sustain while participating in any equine activity including, but not limited to, death or property damage. The Participant, his/her heirs, administrators and assigns agree to indemnify, release, discharge and hold harmless Parker Trail Riders from all liability, claims, demands, and causes of actions for any such injuries sustained to Participant or that of Participants child, legal charge and/or property which are in any manner are connected with any equine event, use of a horse, equipment and/or gear, arranging for medical treatment, or acts or omissions of Parker Trail Riders.

Helmet Waiver: By signing this form, I agree to the following: I understand that Parker Trail Riders recommends the use of safety helmets while riding. To the extent that I choose not to wear such a helmet, or to the extent I authorize my child to ride without such a helmet, I hereby protect, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Parker Trail Riders, its officers, directors, members and agents for any and all liability which may arise as a result of injury while participating in equine activities sponsored by Parker Trail Riders.
