Fly-tipping survey
I have secured a Westminster Hall debate in Parliament on Tuesday 6 February because residents have spoken to me so many times about this pernicious form of anti-social behaviour.

Last year local authorities across England and Wales dealt with well over one million fly-tipping incidents - that's a shocking 12% increase over four years.
