We are the first Open Water Swimming School in Portugal. We don't have a physical location as we swim daily at different beaches on the coast of Cascais and Oeiras.
We coach all types of swimmers and triathletes, transforming people from different ages and levels into confident swimmers.
At our school we offer training sessions (individual and group), we take care of the athlete's physical preparation, develop training plans, provide equipment and organize swim camps so that you can enjoy the sea safely and in an unforgettable way.
