In-Person or Virtual Learning Survey for grades K-8

Please respond to the following survey by Aug. 10th. Please fill out a survey for each of your children separately. Every parent MUST complete this survey.

Prior to making your decision, be sure to listen to the July 29th Town Hall meeting if you have not at this time, and review the PowerPoint. Whichever you choose, it will be in place until the end of the first semester. Should you choose at home virtual learning be sure you have carefully read the expectations and can ensure that your child is on camera daily with the teacher. Thank you in advance.
