You do not need to be an Iowa resident to be a basic member of the Iowa Geocachers Organization (IGO). However, to be considered an active member in the organization and be eligible to vote in our monthly Cache of the Month Contest, our annual People's Choice Awards, and our board elections, an out-of-state member must complete the petition below to be considered for IGO active membership status.
