Early in March, the district will be conducting focus groups with members of the community, employees and students.  If you were not selected to participate in one of the nineteen specialized focus group, please indicate your interest in participating in the "open community forum" focus group.  Depending on level of interest, not all people indicating interest may be chosen.  Thank you for your interest.  

Please know that you are not required to disclose any private information on this form, but if you choose not to the district may be unable to contact you if selected for participation.  This information will be used to schedule focus groups by the district.
