Dear NPEA 2020 Conference Registrants:

As you know, we have made the decision to cancel the 12th annual NPEA Conference. In addition to following the local, state, and CDC's guidance, and the Massachusetts Governor's latest instructions banning gatherings of 250 people or more, we heard from our keynotes, several presenters, and many attendees about travel restrictions and safety concerns. All of this has made holding the conference impossible.

If you request a refund you will receive one, but we also wanted to offer two other options: 1) donating your registration fee(s) to NPEA or 2) deferring your registration fee to attend next year's conference. While we were fortunately able to negotiate out of the hotel contract as of yesterday, and will not owe the hotel for the food and beverage or hotel rooms, we are going to lose $200k in registration revenue this year. As you can imagine, this has very serious implications for the health and future of NPEA and every dollar will count.

Your choices for this form are as follows:

1) Receive a full refund - 100% of the registration fee will be returned to you.

2) Receive a partial refund - Some registrants have asked if they can refund only part of their registration fee. If you select this option, please select either a percent or dollar amount that you would like refunded.

3) Defer your registration to the 2021 conference - you choose not to receive a refund this year in exchange for a free registration to the 2021 conference.

4) Donate your full registration fees - in appreciation of this gesture, anyone who chooses to do so will receive 15% off of your registration fee for the 2021 conference.
