This form is used to submit URLs for Course Websites to OLLI at Duke Staff (Betina.Huntwork@duke.edu).
Staff will add your link to the Student and Instructor Portals under the link to class and above the feedback link. These links will be available to students the day they enroll in classes and expire 365 days after the course ends unless otherwise indicated.
