I hereby release Tiny Miss Pageants, State Directors, Jessi McCormick and Amanda Martin, National Directors Dawn and Gabby Majors, pageant staff, emcee, judges, event facility and/or host hotel and hotel staff from any responsibility or liability due to the loss of personal property, illness, stolen/lost items or any accidents that may occur before, during or after this pageant. I agree to show good sportsmanship, act in a positive manner and understand that the decision of the judges is final. I understand that the pageant reserves the right to refuse entry or admission to anyone! We reserve the right to disqualify a contestant if behavior by the contestant, parent or guest is deemed inappropriate and may require forfeiture of all awards and titles. I agree to pay all monies owed and acknowledge that NO refunds are given unless the pageant is cancelled. I give permission for any pictures of my child to be used in future promotional advertising. I have read and fully understand the pageant rules and acknowledge by signing this form I relinquish all rights to file a claim against those listed above.
