Middle College of Forsyth Application
Thank you for your interest in becoming a part of the Middle College of Forsyth (MCF) family.  MCF accepts 11th and 12th grade students.  We accept new students at the beginning of each semester (August and January).  The ideal MCF candidate will have a high school unweighted GPA of 2.8 or higher.  All MCF students should be serious about academics and be self-motivated.  MCF students are expected to enroll in at least one college course through Forsyth Tech each semester.

In addition to completing this online application, applicants must have two recommendation forms completed by current teachers/counselor.  The link to the online recommendation form can be found on the MCF website.  Once the completed application documents have been submitted, the applicant will be invited to a student interview.
