AromaDance Waiver of Liability & Dancer Agreement Online Agreement: I agree not to share the oils, graphics, links or any information shared in preparation or during class. All participants over 18 dances with you must sign their own agreement electronically for each date they participate. Waiver of Liability: I hereby acknowledge and agree that I am participating in an activity with INHERENT RISKS. I have full knowledge of the nature of physical activities such as dance and understand that I will be exposed to Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade Oils I agree to hold harmless AromaDance, the host company, the faciality, and AromaDance Leaders. I am in good physical condition and healthy enough to dance for up to 2 hours or more. I am assuming the hazard of this risk upon myself because I wish to participate in AromaDance. This is a legally binding agreement. By signing this agreement, you waive your right to bring court action to recover compensation or to obtain and other remedy for any injury to yourself or your property however caused arising out of your participation in AromaDance, now or in the future. Dancer Agreement: I acknowledge I am responsible for my own well-being. I agree to drink water and manage my hydration for the next 24 hours. I agree to be free of judgement of self and others. I agree to honor my body and be fully expressed without hurting myself. I agree to honoring my spirit releasing judgement of past, present, and future. I agree to not touch other dancers unless an agreement with that dancer has been made which will be shown to me to maintain a safe place for all dancers. I agree to stay in the dance area. If I am under 18 I must be accompanied by a legal guardian who must sign for me. *
