Thank you for serving the Woodlawn School District through participation as a Wellness Committee Member. Welcome to our first K-12 meeting. Today will be considered our first meeting as rescheduled due to inclement weather in August. Completion of this form will provide evidence of participation of this meeting and review of the information.

This year, meetings occur August (Rescheduled to September 30th), November 9, 2020, February 8, 2020, and April 12, 2020 by ZOOM video conferences.
