Please note, we recommend a 2-backpack limit per household to ensure we can donate to as many families as possible. Backpack donation requests will be fulfilled on a first come, first serve basis.  While we will do our best to fulfill all requests, the amount of backpacks and supplies we are able to make will be based on the amount of funds raised.  We will notify the contact person listed on this form to schedule a pickup for their team. Donation pickups will be coordinated out of our Woburn, MA and Rhode Island locations for families in the event and hospitality industry throughout New England.
