We are so excited that you want to participate in the fun!  There are some basic rules we kindly ask you to follow  to keep everyone safe and happy at the event. You are able to come back and edit the form once you submitted it.

1.) Please enter the event through City Center Parkway and turn right. Parking will start near City Center Plaza

2.) You may start arriving to set up at 3PM. The event will run from 5-8 PM. Please be set up and ready to go no later than 4:45PM.

3.)  Keep it family-friendly: Trunks and costumes! Adults in full face masks are prohibited.

4.)  Please distribute candy to the trick or treaters. We expect about 2,000 children to come to the event, so be prepared!

5.) You will not be able to leave until the event ends and police authorize movement in and out of event space.

6.) Only decorated vehicles will be allowed in the event space. Additional cars will be able to park at Lakeside Community Center, City Hall, or the Library.

7.) Have your organization name visibly posted.

8.) You can give out free promotional items while at the event but you will not be allowed to make any onsite sales.

9.) Electric is LIMITED and must be requested before the event.

10.) Clean up after yourself. We will have trash cans placed around the event. Please be mindful not to leave trash after the event ends.
