Please submit a Certificate of Liability Insurance. Your request will not be processed unless we have this on file. You can mail/drop it off at Harrisonville High School, 1504 E. Elm, Harrisonville, MO 64701, Attn: Activities Department or email it to robbin.garrett@harrisonvilleschools.org
