NCCCLP OLE Registration Form
Thank you for registering for a leadership training webinar hosted by the NCCCLP and NCCCLAG .  Please fill in the survey below to complete your registration for the webinar(s).  A link to each webinar selected will be sent one business day prior to webinar.  If you have not purchased a pass to participate in this webinar, please make arrangement for payments one business day prior by 5pm to the scheduled webinar.  Payment information is located at the end of the survey.  Link to NCCCLP OLE Guide:  

There are 3 options that may be purchased if you or your school has not submitted payment.  

Option 1: For each webinar chosen, you or your school would pay $25/webinar.
Option 2:  An Individual License for all OLE webinars is $100.  
Option 3:  Your institution could chose to purchase an OLE School License.  For $2,000 All employees at the institution would have the opportunity to attend any OLE webinar.

If you are selected for the Mentoring Program, please be prepared to make a $100 payment for the Mentoring Program.

If you chose to participate in the OLE Book Review, you will add an additional $20 to your total cost ($20 fee does not apply if you are a NCCCLAG member or from a school with a OLE School License).

OLE Payments for Webinars, Mentoring, and Book Review
NCCCLP Lifetime Alumni Members and Employees of an Institution with an OLE School License do not have to pay for webinars and book reviews.  If you or your school are paying for individual OLE pass(es), then payment information will be provided at the end of this form.  The Mentoring Program and the Book Review are both additional costs of NCCCLP OLE.
