AMPLIFY Conference - Church Subsidy Form
Register your church if you want to provide a subsidy for members of your church family to attend the conference. This applies to 'in person' Hubs and the Online Hub.
Choose the $ amount of your subsidy. Choose your maximum number.
Subsidies must be used on or before February 25th to allow time for processing.
Once completed, a Discount code will be emailed to you (after processing) which you can make available to your team.
AMPLIFY will invoice your church for the subsidies provided after 25th February with payment due before the conference.
