Attention Parents:  Afternoon Preschool is full as of now.  If you would like to be added to the wait list please complete this form.  Information about the program is below.

Space is Limited.  Not all preschoolers will be accepted into the program.

Parents will be notified by mail from jknezz@d230.org, as to whether their child will be accepted or not accepted into the program as soon as the program is set for next year.

Completing this form does not guarantee a spot in the 2024-2025 school year - this is a waitlist form.

Please fill out a separate form for each child.

Registration is only for the identified school year.

The four and five year old program is meant for preschoolers going into kindergarten the following year.  THEREFORE, YOUR CHILD MUST BE TURNING FOUR BY 9/1/24 IN ORDER TO BE IN THIS PROGRAM.  
The three turning four  year old program typically is  held on Tuesday and Thursdays in the afternoon.  The exact times of the morning program will be sent out with the registration materials.  The cost of this program is $250.00 for the entire year. ($125.00 will be paid each semester)
