In this inaugural Three Part Series, international concert pianist, Steinway artist and professor, Karl Lutchmayer (http://bit.ly/KarlSteinway) presents a series of in-depth studies of the most important works and composers for the piano. Aimed at music-lovers, students, teachers and young professionals, these sessions will consider the musical, technical and theoretical background to the music before considering different approaches to interpretation and performance. Some sessions may include the opportunity to observe Karl working with a young Steinway artist as they hone their own performances.
