I have read and understand the course and team expectations and ALL requirements for Starlets and agree to abide by its guidelines, grading policies and contents. I understand the fees and time commitments required to be a member of the RHS STARLETS.

Parents/Guardians:
I have read the Starlet handbook and agree to abide by its contents. I understand the fees and time commitments required for my child to be a member of the RHS Starlets. I understand that the discipline system will require me to attend a conference with the instructor and myself in order for my student to participate in color guard should my student be referred to the dean. I will provide transportation home or will reimburse the school for the expense of transporting my student home should it become necessary to discipline him or her during travel.
