Thank you so much for volunteering to help us set up for Irvine Talks! Our outside event can only be possible with your help. The event will be taking place Saturday April 20th. The opening event is from 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. and the main event is from 7:00 p.m - 9:00 p.m. We will be preparing a lot of the materials for the outside event early: This Saturday from 11 am- 2 pm. The main tasks include organizing art, making posters, and setting up activities. Community service hours will be given to all participants.
