This survey assesses Ease of Doing Business for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and the issues faced. While our intervention is more in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry states, we do engage with the Government off India to ensure policies & execution favourable for economic development and livelihoods. The data collected here will result in focussed field engagement, policy modification and related efforts.

Our Mission:
- Vibrant ecosystem for all businesses in India.
- Reduce the time dealing with govt related issues to less than 10%.
- Anyone should be able to start & run a business with minimal challenges. 

Empower Tamizhagam:
Empower Tamizhagam (ET-Impact) is an India-based public charitable non-profit organization comprising veteran statesmen, philanthropists, industrialists, civic activists, and global professionals who share a passion for community service. Core efforts span Poverty Relief, Livelihoods and Public Policy. Empower Tamizhagam has been duly granted approval and registration by the Government of India as a tax-exempt NGO. Established in 2011, we have focused on a range of initiatives in the public interest. Our thrust is scale.
