How will you obtain your child's instrument? Instruments are needed in the beginning of September. (NOTE: The purchasing of inexpensive instruments online is highly discouraged! Please ask for recommendations when purchasing your own instrument). *

Please note that band is a graded subject, giving your child academic credit for participation in the instrumental music program. Students will be graded on participation at lessons, participation in concerts, technical ability on the instrument, and preparation of assigned music. *

Please note that band is a "pull-out" program. Students will be taken out of one class each week on a rotating basis for small group lessons, along with meeting as a full band according to schedule. *
