The Ecotarium museum of science and nature is in Worcester, MA. We have reserved an overnight experience for our Lion, Tiger, Wolf and Bear scouts April 28, 2023.
At this time, we are only opening it up to only scouts and 1 adult per family. Please respond by 2/26 so that we can determine if we can open it up to additional family members before payment is due.
Payment is broken out below and is due on Friday March 3rd at the Pinewood Derby Check-in. Please look for the table with Mrs. Belyea to pass in the money.

Cost per adult: $60.00
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR VISIT:
~ Currently the museum is requiring all overnight guest to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. At some point, the proof of vaccination may be necessary to provide. There may also be a requirement for a rapid test prior to event. More details to follow.
~ For dinner, they suggest you eat in advance, or bring your favorite picnic. Their Snack Area has plenty of seating. A healthy evening snack is provided to all guests during their overnight.
~Arrival for the overnight program begins at 5:15 pm and continues until the gate closes at 6:30 pm. Check-in is open from 5:15 pm until 6:30 pm, when programming begins. All guests much stop at the gatehouse at the entrance to the museum grounds in order to receive a parking pass and directions from the gate attendant.
~The morning after your overnight, you may choose to purchase a Museum Day Add-On wristband for an additional $5 per person that will allow you to stay and explore our museum and grounds through the end of that museum day. All guests who do not choose to purchase wristbands must exit the grounds upon completion of their overnight experience.
~ All youth (age 18 and under) who attend an overnight will also receive a pass for one return admission to the museum another day, good for one year.
